Publicity Update Form - Instructions for Use
To help quickly and efficiently get information about your books and authors to our sales force and accounts, we are asking you to use this convenient Publicity Update Form.

Please fill out all of the required information below. Please follow these guidelines, in the format and order requested. By following these guidelines we can avoid delays and take quick action to support your efforts

Guidelines:
1. If cutting & pasting-Use font size 10 & font style Times New Roman
2. Use the 10 digit ISBN. Do not include the dashes with the ISBN # (Ex: 1775556258)
3. Fill in the QAV (Quantity Available at NBN Warehouse - Access through Your NBN Online Report
4. List all Appearances & Media Events: Interviews, Book Signings, etc. (newspaper, television, radio)
5. Please organize by the most timely
6. List book reviews (magazine, newspaper, etc)
7. List website links in the "Details" section
8. If you wish to simply attach a word document, please follow the format below and email to publicity@nbnbooks.com, otherwise proceed to the form provided below.
