Credit, Collections, Cash Flow and Reports—The NBN Financial Management Force
Another distinctive aspect of NBN’s client services is its assumption of responsibility for all collections, disbursements, and bad debt. Publishers are paid on time; we don't wait for accounts to pay first. Our guaranteed payment plan gives publishers a healthy and consistent cash flow year round; we take pride in never having made late payments to our clients. NBN’s monthly reports to publishers include sales, returns, backorders, inventory levels, complimentary copies, and damaged books—critical sales and inventory management tools for publishers.
