The Account Management Team provides expert guidance on product positioning, launch new titles, catalog and tip sheet copy, sales conference planning, promotion concepts, publicity, packaging and pricing.

Widely recognized as a savvy book marketer, Jeanne Kramer, Vice President of Marketing, heads up NBN's Account Management department. With over twenty-five years of book sales, marketing and publishing experience in a variety of executive positions with Random House, Simon & Schuster and Prentice-Hall, she and the account managers work as a team to provide marketing and publicity consultation to our clients. Jeanne has served as an Adjunct Instructor of "Marketing for Publishing" at the NYU School of Professional Studies.
Richard Lowe Richard Lowe

Richard Lowe is Director of Account Management and will be assisting key publisher clients with marketing, sales, and publicity. Richard has over 30 years experience in bookselling as a store manager, merchandise director, and senior buyer with Kroch's and Brentano's (Chicago), Crown Books (corporate), and most recently, Smithsonian Business Ventures.

Alexandra is the newest member of the NBN Marketing Production Team. Her primary role is liaison between NBN client publishers and the NBN Marketing Team for all catalogs and other marketing collateral.

Ron Powers

NBN Fusion offers innovative digital publishing solutions for its distribution clients. Ron Powers formerly from Ingram Content Group will head this department as our new Vice President of Digital Publishing. Ron brings extensive traditional and eBook publishing experience to NBN, as well as up to date knowledge of new and emerging technologies transforming the publishing industry including digital asset management and distribution, digital product development, and print-on-demand manufacturing.
